 1. What is the Extended DISC® System?
The Extended DISC® System is based on behavioural theories that have been used for over 80 years.  You have probably heard of Carl Gustav Jung.  His work has been very influential in management models and theories. Extended DISC® is based on the foundations of Dr. Jung’s work.  He developed a model that can be used to help us understand ourselves and other people.  The power of this model is that it is easy to learn, understand, and use, because it identifies only four behavioural styles of individuals

2. What types of reports are there?
We offer two types of reports. One type will focus on your Entrepreneurial style, and the other will focus on your Management Style.

3. How long will it take to complete the online questions?
The questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete. You should try not to overanalyze your answers and avoid being distracted when completing the questions.

4. Can I get both reports?
Yes, you are able to generate both reports from the 10 minute online questionnaire – without having to redo it.

5. What does it measure?
It measures your natural communication style – how you like to communicate with others. There is no right or wrong answer. The profile has nothing to do with skill or intelligence and there is no gender bias.

6. What will the report look like?
