StartUpShop was founded by Adrian Isaacs, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of business experience. He has advised companies on a broad range of business issues and has industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, services, construction, retail, software development, HVAC, food & beverage, entertainment, technology, import/distribution and health care.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in Canada in 1992, holds a restructuring designation of Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner (CIRP) and is also a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, with experience in receivership, bankruptcy and restructuring roles.

Adrian is currently a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, he is an authorized mentor working with The Canadian Youth Business Foundation, and has worked as a mentor with Enterprise Toronto, Richmond Hill.

Adrian owns and operates a business consulting company called FOCUS Business Management Services, providing professional business management services to small and medium sized businesses.
